Valkyrion Posted October 6, 2022 Share Posted October 6, 2022 A long time ago I read a cool short story about an Iron Warrior in 40k that had been around since 30k and actively sought out and killed future Imperial Fists that had the geneseed of the original Imperial Fist that he was friends with, I think, from before the Heresy. I might be a bit off on the details, but the gist is there. Any ideas? The protagonist was actually Black Legion / ex-SoH but otherwise it matches the description you've given.
