Lightning Claws Disappeared as Wargear Options?

This may be already discussed, but a cursory glance doesn’t show me anything. I picked up a copy of the latest CSM Codex last week, and looking at options to build my Chosen and there’s no Lightning Claw options. In fact, the only data sheet that shows Lightning Claws as an option is the Lord in Terminator Armour. Why have they gone?

What I find especially odd is that I’m putting together some Chosen, who are new to this edition I believe, who have a set of Lightning Claws on the sprues and even show it on the artwork for the box. If I recall the Terminator set also comes with at least one set of Claws which can’t be used unless you’re kitbashing a Lord.

I honestly feel like I’m missing something here. Was there an FAQ I missed?

They just use the Accursed Weapons profile.

Old: two lightning claws, new: two accursed weapons. You dont want the claws anyway with all those "no reroll to wound" running around.

For Chosen, they are represented by accursed weapons instead.

 

For Chaos Lords in power armour, the option was removed because of GW's very loose "no model, no rules" policy, but it's available in Legends if you aren't planning to go to an organised event:

Wouldnt worry about this too much.  Salamanders, Iron Warriors and Votann arent exactly lighting up the meta.
