IW + WE ally 2.5k

Hi guys, have a event coming up using the Panopaptic Rules and I've recently did some new WE so i'm wanna add them to my IW force (Sworn Brothers anyways). I have multiple variant of this list but i'm sorta leaning towards this LoW combo. the main thing is for the WE part, option 1 or option 2. I can always change the stormblade for a Typhon.... but I found them a bit underwhelming. any comments and critics welcome.

 

Main force: IW

HQ:

Warsmith: Nemesis bolter, servo arm, grav crusher

 

Elites:

5x Vets w/ Nemesis rifle + augury scanner

 

Troops:

10x Tactical w/ Shrapnel Bolters + Rhino w/shrapnel cannon

10x Tactical w/ Shrapnel Bolters

 

Heavy:

2x Predator w/ Autocannon + las sponsons

5x Tyrant Siege Terminator

 

Lord of War:

Stormblade w/ Las sponson + search light

 

Ally: World Eaters

HQ: (Option 1)

Contemptor Librarian Dreadnought w/ Telepathy power + Gravis bolt cannon + forceweapon

(Option 2)

Librarian w/ Force Staff

 

Elites: (Option 1)

10x Rampagers w/ 8x Falax blades, 2x Meteor hammer, jumppacks

(Option 2)

10x Rampagers w/ 8x Falax blades, 2x Meteor hammer. + Landraider Proteus

 

Troops:

10x Despoiler w/ Chainaxe, serg w/ artificer armor, power fist.

I'm not a fan of community rules even if they are vetted by a small group of organizers.

 

primary list; In my opinion Grav crusher isn't worth giving up Brutal (2).

Seekers would be better than veterans

 

The other fan made units I have no say on as it's not something I have experience with.

 

The ally unit looks okay. I'd go with Jump Packs over AV 14.

 

Unless the despoiler squad is just for holding backfield line I'd give them a rhino
