Haven't worked out the finer tuned points but I think this could work, and be pretty good, or possibly just interesting and fun.....

 

Primary Detachment, IW Fury of the Ancients

Venerable Contemptor

2 Troops Contemptors

single pair of Scorpious tanks

 

Allied Deatchment, WE Angels' Wrath

Delegatus w Falax Blades

2x20 Despoilers w chainaxes and Falax Blades on Sgt in dedicated Storm Eagles w melta and lascannons

2 Apothecaries
