Slyfox1990 Posted December 7, 2022 Share Posted December 7, 2022 (edited) Hi all, Thought I would share my current journey of putting together an army of Word Bearers which I recently started. Wasn't planning on putting so much time in to them originally but have ended up doing so and learning/using some techniques that I've never used before too - airbrush, weathering and basing techniques mostly. I haven't played in a long time so the army is really just me picking whatever I think will be fun to make and paint. Once it's all done it would be great to play but it's not the main aim. I've quite a few bits either lined up made or ready to be made to hopefully will be adding a lot more in the coming months. For now I have a new Daemon Prince and 5 man Chaos Marine squad to share: Hopefully my photography skills can be forgiven for now - I shall try to improve! Have to admit that the red being so bright wasn't quite what I was going for initially but something I stumbled across when testing and was happy with. It's probably technically a bit vibrant for Word Bearers but I don't mind! Currently working on some cultists which I'm hoping to have done soon. Not sure what the next models will be yet - one of either terminators, possessed or raptors most likely!
