I’m going to be playing against a buddy who is also bringing a Warhound. other than that, only thing I know he will bring is some type of Astartes army. Any ideas on how to improve the below?

I can't offer you any help, but I'd be interested to hear how the Warhound goes. Mine looks like a liability in 3000 point legion lists (not actually played a full HH game yet, just list crafting while I paint), but I've not looked at larger games.
