Do you think firstborn marines will be discontinued?

No, they shouldn't do that at all.

Currently some factions are lacking models and variety, and here we have Marine players asking that GW support models that have been replaced with newer ones. It's a very entitled outlook.

It has become clear from the conversation that some individuals simply refuse to accept the direction GW has decided to go in, and that their loyalty to old models is bordering on the unreasonable.

Games Workshop made a perfectly valid and understandable decision to update and refresh a model line. They have been rewarded with record profits over the last 6 years and a growing hobby community. If you refuse to engage with everything new, what enjoyment do you expect to find going forward?

I mean, by continuing to support GW's greed and erasure of what attracted a lot of us to the hobby to begin with you're indirectly making US miserable, so...

Frankly, that is ludicrous. We buy a product we happen to like. You obviously are not onboard with GW's current direction, so just walk away. It is counterproductive to just stay around in a futile attempt to make others miserable.

In the meantime, I think since we're off topic and now arguing over whether we have a right to an opinion or not, it's time to old Yeller this thread. =][=
