I’m about to start my all primaris marines I’ve been amassing for  years.  I got the models for my necrons and marines army while I finished painting all my guard which took YEARS.  Now, I’m almost done with the crons (took 1/10th the time as guard) so I’m about ready to get going.  I don’t really play the game and if I do it’s super narrative so the rule of cool is everything.  I just don’t want way more of something that would never be fielded.  I.E., not worth my time painting.  Example, I think I have way too many lieutenants.  I know the very basics of marines but not the ins and outs.  I do not know for sure what flavor yet which complicates things.  Maybe Dark Angels or successor.  Maybe.  Here’s what I have.  It’s all on sprue.  What should I model/paint and what should go to Ebay or the “maybe one day bin.”

3 Primaris Captain (1 Dark Imperium, 2 Indomitus)

6 Primaris Lieutenant (2 different DI, 2 identical Ind, 1 DW patrol box, 1 Phobos)

1 Primaris Apothecary

1 Primaris librarian

2 Primaris chaplain (1 Ind., 1 DA patrol box)

2 Judicar (Ind.)

1 Primaris Ancient (DI)

2 Bladeguard ancient

6 Bladeguard Vets (Ind.)

10 Infiltrators

10 Incursors

3 Suppressors

3 Eliminators

30 Intercessors (10 DI)

20 Assault Intercessors

6 Aggressors

6 Inceptors (3 DI)

10 Hellblasters (5 DI)

6 Eradicators (DI)

6 outriders (Ind)

1 Redemptor dreadnought

2 Impulsor (Keeping these.  Guard guys don’t give up tanks.)

Seeing the ridiculous prices of minis, directly from GW or second hand, I wouldn't sell anything unless you need the space or money. Some of your stuff, like Suppressors and Judiciars are attached to even more absurdly priced sprues, and can't be bought new per separate.

As a small project, I'd suggest that you try Kill Team. You have plenty of troops, so doing the 6 intercessors needed for an Intercession Team should be easy (the rules for those are free in WarCom's site). You could even do 2 teams with different flavours to fight each other.

Say I keep everything, what would you suggest I put aside for the time being until I tried Kill Team?

I’ve got the old 7th edition era Kill Team box somewhere.  I think I used some of the tactical marine weapons to kitbash guard stuff.

For an Intercessor Kill Team, you only need 6 marines: A sergeant and a mix of 5 intercessors and assault intercessors. So I'd say that you put aside that DI intercessor sprue which also had the lieutenant with power sword (to kitbash as a sergeant), and one of the 5 man assault intercessor sprues. That should give you all you need for a basic but perfectly playable team.

GW has a lite version of the KT rules and the full Intercessor team rules in WarCom:  https://www.warhammer-community.com/2022/08/16/download-the-core-rules-for-kill-team-and-a-new-intercessor-team-for-free/

There's also this handy cheat sheet: https://www.reddit.com/r/killteam/comments/rbncz1/the_kill_team_reference_sheet/

And finally there's the goonhammer guide about the team: https://www.goonhammer.com/kill-team-tactics-intercession-squad-kill-teams/

If you like the game, you can also easily make Phobos, Veteran Guard, or Necron teams with the amount of stuff you say you have.
