Beef
So after returning from the warp 2 years ago after a hiatus of 15 years i have done a little bit of painting. all the old ways of uploading pictures etc was lost to my non tech savey brain, today i finally figured it out so here is my initial work over the 2 years. Starting with the basic grey hunters and long fangs. For the second set i tried to do some of that cool OSL? ASL lighting thing but it ended up looking like slime, Also before i go any further alot of credit goes to fellow board member MAZER RACKHAM who provided me with most of the wolfy bits you see on these models. After being out the hobby for so long i literally had to start from scratch and his contribution of bits made the plain primaris marines more Space Wolf. I would also suggest checking some of his literary work on amazon such as Children of the Glyph Anyway enjoy the pictures and hopefully you can see the change from the first few squads to the later ones i will post. 1st grey hunter squad 2nd grey hunter squad Kassill, Konnavaer, Mazer Rackham and 2 others 4 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/377486-finally-some-completed-work/ Share on other sites
Beef
So as you can see grey hunter squad 3 and 4 are an improvement on the previous ones. squad 3 squad 4 i also converted that primaris blade guard into a wolf guard. As you can this was done before squad 4 so i was still shy to do eyes as i have noticed my hand is not that steady but more than that i cant focus on things really close to my eyes now. Also notice the strawberry birth march on the face( it was intentional) My Contemptor dreadnought that i bought used and re painted. The mouth and name are from the old HH artbooks As is the case with my life since i started Space Wolves in 2nd edition i still cant stick to or find a paint scheme i am happy with so my models come in all shades of grey. I will keep updating this with the models i have done so far. To many unfinished projects also Konnavaer, Mazer Rackham, Karhedron and 4 others 7 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/377486-finally-some-completed-work/#findComment-5906986 Share on other sites

Beef
Finally my long fangs x 2 squads of primaris hell blasters. To be fair i was more happy with the first squad where is didnt try to do the plasma glow and the leader looks like he has a burnt face. Squad 1 omg look at the mould lines squad 2 i had started weathering now RUNE PRIEST Another Rune priest (this was done in a rush as i was trying to batch paint some wulfen) This model did not turn out as well as i wanted but atleast i managed to paint the eyes properly with some reading glasses, damn i feel old. Also this was the start of my Grimdark phase where i am currently at. It works for some models but not all. TiguriusX, Mazer Rackham, Konnavaer and 3 others 6 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/377486-finally-some-completed-work/#findComment-5906991 Share on other sites
