Can anyone link the US/EU/UK price changes. I will add them to this post so that we have them to look at. I don't want to start a price discussion I just wanted a place for the links for everyone.

UK Price List

US Price List(Updated)

EU Price List(DE Prices but should be the same for the EU)

Australia and Japan are not effected by these increases?

Only posting this for others to read, no discussing, but in the price thread that was locked it was mentioned/shown that combat patrols in US are $150 going to $180 (20% increase), when if you check the (new?) file it says it's going to $160 (less than 7% increase). Primarchs were mentioned going from $160 to $190 in the locked thread, and they are only going to $170 (again, less than 7% increase). Was only bringing this to light incase someone read those prices and are thinking they are current.

Thanks for the post, and thanks for outlining no discussing, just bringing the numbers to people's attention.

So if you really want to know the new US prices don't go off what people posted in that thread, check them out for yourself.

The numbers from the previous thread were correct.  GW changed the price sheet.

Were, not are. Not accusing anyone of lying, if it read that way my bad. I've edited the post to fix the verbiage. Just nobody could clarify about the update in that thread. I meant like if someone now were to only look in that thread and not actually check the new file they would have incorrect numbers.

Would be a good idea for a mod to just make a comment and leave the thread locked and mention there was a pricing update from GW.

Some outliers that I've noticed, on a brief look-through, that are outside of the 5-7% range of price increases:

Drukari Kabalites/Wytches, going from $38 to $45 (15% increase) - likely to make them closer to other armies basic troop choice costs, I would expect these to move up to $55-60 eventually

Citadel Water Pot and Pallet Pads going from $10 to $111.25 (12%)

All non-synthetic brushes are going up at least 10%, most are going up in the 12-15% range

Horus Heresy weapon upgrades going from $42 to $47 (11%)

Imperial Knight Dominus and Chaos Knight going from $170 to $185 (9%)

Price decreases

Blood Angels Captain in terminator armor going down from $38 to $35

Captain Sicarus going from $35 to $32

All in all, it looks like WarCom was fairly accurate with their statement of 6% increase across the model lines, with only a few outliers. Don't know what to think about the two price decreases (don't know if there are more, those were the two I saw), unless they are just trying to get rid of stock before ending the production. Personally, still pretty unhappy with the increase and probably will be limiting my purchases in the future and saving for a 3d printer.

I'm no sure it did affect every country, but i just saw they changed the delivery options, for Rest of the World there were always 3 options, the standard(free for orders over 130$ if i recall it correctly) , fast and express, which were 17, 35 and 60 us dollars.
As for today there is only 2 options, standard and express, standard being free for orders over 195 us dollars, and the express 45 us dollars, is it part of the price changes or it's not related?

I don't think anyone mentioned delivery prices anywhere, so no information about it.

Has anyone gotten hold of the EU and UK sheets yet?

Still nothing on the Trade Resources site. For what it's worth, when they changed the trade account prices recently they didn't release the price file for that until much closer to the date the new prices took effect. I think the US prices for this coming out so early was a mistake.

This appears to be the UK new price list: https://trade.games-workshop.com/assets/2023/02/Pricelist UK New Pricesv1.xls

Source: https://trade.games-workshop.com/resources/ - in Guidance Docs, Order Forms, New Price list.

Most things seem to be going up by £1.50 or £2.50, with Combat Patrols now £95 and the Battleforces now £140 (from £130).

All in all... it's not good, but considering the current state of the UK economy and the price increases of stuff like food and energy... it's not hideous.

Yeah it's not great, given there's been a number of price rises over the last couple of years. But it's hardly surprising. I'm less annoyed about my expensive hobby getting a bit more expensive than I am about my essentials soaring in price the way they have.

That's a very fair point that everyone should take into consideration. On the other hand, GW is a company that posted record profits the last couple of years and carries no significant debt, so they do have the ability to keep prices down if they so choose.

Also, saying this price rise is because of current cost issues elsewhere - is anyone expecting them to reduce prices again when issues may be resolved/inflation drops? Nope!

At most they may delay another price rise another time but I doubt that too.

From my perspective - this will price me out of certain things when combined with 3rd parties loosing the level of discount they had previously. I want to say I'd stick with Kill team and go this way instead but supply issues there mean I'm not going to be doing that either.

For me - I'll see what the 10th starter set is and/or possibly DA stuff if/when it is out but otherwise probably reign in the rest of my spending on GW stuff.

Considering how tall above the red line GW is, skimming the milk off the end consumer who is on the red line is as hideous as it gets.

Some of their main costs are raw plastic (made from oil-derivatives) and energy (both for manufacturing and distributing). Both of these have gone up steeply over the last 12 months so while GW ain't hurting, this may simply be passing on their cost increases.

Those costs have risen but they have also dropped too, though we are still waiting to see this come through to us.

Again, GW are not going to drop the price to reflect this at a later stage.

There have also been many years where these costs have been very low that they will have benefited from.

Pricing discussion aside, whether this was intended or not, just a reminder of when this will happen:

Prices increase Monday 6th March

So if you are planning on getting anything ahead of this then you are in the last few days to do so.

Just a reminder that these lists are not exhaustive, they only include the products that are available for third party stockists to order on trade accounts. Any items that are Direct Only on the GW webstore will not be included but may still have price increases on them.
