Hounds of morkai

Im being heavely bullied by demons and aeldari-like psychic heavy army’s at the moment. Mortal wounds is something i cant deal with.

so instead of running a second unit of infiltrators i was thinking to bring a unit of hounds of morkai.

They seem like they can bring some  damage but you have to get them within 12”. 
is that a problem for you guys? Or does one squat not really work?

is anyone running them? Thanks

Hounds of morkai sound good at first glance but i never see them on the field

 

You want anti psyker tools?

-culexus assassin

-use scorpions successor chapter and take sevrin loth (grants reroll all wounds v psykers in command phase)

-stay hidden behind walls (most powers require LOS)

 

finally...if you really need every advantage you can take warded as a successor trait

A screen of Cyber/Fenrisian Wolves can pretty much nullify the mortals in T1. Aeldari probably have too much shooting for it to work every time but if there's enough terrain you should be ok most of the time.
