BLACK BLΠFLY Posted March 24, 2023 Share Posted March 24, 2023 You can do it with sand and pvc glue. First spread glue on the base then dip in sand. Turn base over to get rid of loose sand. Let dry. Apply thin layer of over sand to seal it. Let dry again.
