The Long March and dedicated transports

Quick question, the Sons of Horus ROW ‘The Long March’ let’s you take terminators as troops and also gives them the outflank rule while they’re in that force org slot.

If I take a Spartan as a dedicated transport  for one of those squads could it outflank or would that squad have to start on the board?

Thanks!

The bit I'm thinking of is the infiltrate and scout rules. They also convey outflank.

Outflank does not state whether it passes the rule onto the DT

There maybe something else written somewhere and if I find it I'll post it.

I would just talk it through with your opponent first. It makes sense to me that it would convey it to the DT. Especially as you can block outflank relatively easily.

Now, looking at the rules, you can perform a ram attack from reserves. Interesting.....

Looking at the rules I am pretty sure you can't. You first turn it in the direction you want it to deive and then ram but coming from reserves you move into the battlefield first so you cant do that.

TBF I would have thought that but it specifically states in the rules that you can. You just need to declare it before the vehicle moves onto the battlefield. pg 204 main rule book.

Thank you very much. This rulebook is hard to navigate through.
