Can all primaris lieutenants now take a power sword AND a plasma pistol?

The standard Primaris Lieutenant (in Tacticus) can indeed have this loadout now, as of the release of the new model and updated datasheet with Strike Force Agastus. It has to be a Master-Crafted Power Sword, though (not that that's a sacrifice or anything). And the Plasma Pistol option does NOT extend to the Bladeguard Lieutenant with the Storm Shield. That guy's loadout is still locked.

I really hope they consolidate a lot of these datasheets.

I do accept that units can be split by armour types, however.

 

The Primaris Captain and Gravis Captain don't have to be on the same datasheet, same with a Tacticus Lieutenant and a Phobos one.
