Night Lords vehicle iconography sourcing

I am considering adding a NL LR. 

 

I've found a vehicle iconography kit for flat pieces at Pop Goes the Monkey, but FW doors are gone.

 

Not really seeing things I'm liking for the VIIIth on the net yet.

 

Where are the lords of the night shopping  to spruce their tanks? 

 

To be clear, I'm looking for STL files, Etsy, etc. 

 

Edit: Also mini rant. This is the kind of thing tailor made for FOMO Made-to-order. If I don't find something I like for those big flat doors- mainly the assault ramp- I'll be shelving doing this project. Especially with the door sharing Spartan having come out in plastic, I really don't understand GW's sales decisions.

To add: I'm also looking for tracks. Dark Works is perpetually out of stock. I've seen a conversion using the flattened chaos star I like, but don't know if I have enough.

Here are 2 possible solutions:

1. I love these flat brass Chaos Stars from Greenstuff World. They might help you as well:

Perhaps you can add these to your Land Raider's tracks somehow.

2. For Night Lords symbols you might combine the Bat wings from various sources with skulls from various sources. For example, take the bat wings from the batwing backpacks sold by Puppetswar:

I mean they offer transfer decals which offer plenty of customization… 

 

they look much better no more realistic than any of the resin doors/hatches
