Tzen Posted April 18, 2023 Share Posted April 18, 2023 I don't get as much time to paint as I used to, and I have mostly spent the last months finishing off projects that have been sat on my desk. So the other night I decided to try and do some "Quick NMM" on this Necron overlord. I decided to completely build the model, and just paint it as I found it, and try not too fuss too much over the details. I tried to go with gut feeling on it, and in some places it worked, and in others not so much. As you can see, he aint finished, but thought it was worth sharing! I think the "steel" parts look great, but (for my tastes) I think some of the "bronze" parts (e,g. the vambrace on their right arm) could do with just a hair more contrast? Either way, better than anything I've painted...
