Cherubs and servoskulls

As I approach the end of my armies on parade building stage, I want to add some verticality to it with Some cherubs and ephemera. 
I was wondering if you could help me make a list of what kits they come in?

so far, I’m only aware of the one on the devastator sprue

Lots of Cherubs with SoB. The infantry get one with a intense orb and the Retributors get one with ammo. There are others too. 

 

Some folks might have spare ones too.

As Marshal Mitten has said, Battle Sisters and Retributors are a good source of cherubs. The triumph of st Katherine as well and you'll be able to find those bitz seperately on the likes of Bitzbox and maybe eBay sellers.

 

For servo skulls, the aforementioned Devestators, as well as Tempestus Scions, Grey Knight Terminators, kill team phobos strike team, Imperial Navy Breachers and space marine Gravis Captain are all kits I can think of that have them.

Skitarii Marshal,Tech-Priest Dominus, Belisarius Cawl and Captain in Phobos Armour all have servo-skull/s as part of them

Nork Deddog come with a servoskull as part of his armour, and the Ravenwing Black Knights leader have a stationary 'skull on the back of his 'bike (between the angel statues). 

 

There is also Forge World's Inquisitor Solomon Lokwho has a 'skull as part of his retinue

You can check out officla sprue pics on the GW website, otherwise you might just have more luck searching for servo skull on a bits site, or building your own with a skull, GSW's tentacle maker and some gubbins.

Cherubs are somewhat limited to the SOB range without going 3P/3D printed, but you can get some mileage out of conversions. Here's the incensor cherub converted into an ammo-carrier for a missile launcher (for my "Middlehammer Marines" project):

As for servo-skulls, I'd say the best option is actually to make your own out of a skull of your choice and some assorted techno-greebles from whatever you have lying around. That's what I did for this heavy-duty trophy bearing skull I made for the captain here!
