It was also available on the birthday Captain with Power Fist/Plasma Pistol and a few other kits iirc.

 

The Wake the Dead LT is the only non-limited one though

I'm building up some bit parts from Captain Messinius, the old Primaris Captain, and the Agastus Box Primaris Lieutenant. It's time I build and paint a new Blood Angel Captain of the 3rd Company!
