Hera Models order not shipped, no response to inquiries

Has anyone ordered anything recently from Hera Models?  I ordered a set of pigments a month ago which hasn't shipped yet.  I have written to them by email and through their website contact form over the last two weeks, but have received no response.  Their website says orders should be shipped in 7-10 days, and a prior order from them about a year ago shipped in a few days, so I'm wondering what happened.  I'm understanding about reasonable delays, but a month for something that was supposedly in stock is a bit much.  And I'm not happy about my emails being ignored.

 

Anyone have similar experiences, or know a way to get their attention?

I have a similar experience. Very slow turnover and spotty communication to say the least. The product did eventually arrive with profuse apologies. Apparently they had trouble sourcing one of the pigments in my order.

 

It took about a month to ship with 2-3 weeks between email responses, so my advice would be to keep trying. I found there are two contact emails: info@heramodels.com and pedidos@heramodels.com. If you tried one, maybe try the other?

Thanks for the reply!  How long ago was your issue?  And if you don't mind, which pigment(s) did you order?  I got the Color Enhancer set with the purple, green, blue, yellow, and pink pigments, so it's possible I'm facing the same stock issue.

 

I checked and I've been emailing the pedidos@heramodels.com address.  I'll loop in the "info" one too.  I don't mind the delay if it's a stock issue, I just don't like being left in limbo not knowing what's going on.

It took about a month and a half from order to receiving the pigments. Mine were:

Yellow fluor
Orange light fluor
Orange fluor
Red orange fluor
Dark Red fluor 

 

Maybe it's the yellow that is causing an issue? I did not get specifics on which pigment was missing. My experience is that they'll ship eventually and the product ís good. But the lack of communication also really irks me. I think there's just one person answering emails and they might get a bit overwhelmed or only reply when they have a ready answer. 

 

Might try PM'ing them on facebook as well? They seem pretty active there.
