Different audience, I think they're closer to Dominion than Death Guard as it relates to Leviathan.

I had no intentions of buying these, but it's always aggravating to see scalpers ruin things for hobbyists.

 

I'm assuming GW not getting this under control will only push more people towards things like 3d printing or just not bothering anymore.

The Geniuses at GW strike again...  , And their care factor for their consumers. I always say if they had half a brain they'd be dangerous.... I'm surprised they actually do well.... 

I guess people won't be putting the Death Guard in blind boxes release in the "Things to be thankful for from GW" thread

Reporting I got an entire box from my LGS, he got in 5 sets of them, all sold.

I don't ever order from GW direct if I can help it, my store needs the traffic.

Anybody else get a box?

My local had two. The first guy to preorder Leviathan got one, and the third guy. I was the third guy.

I managed to pick up a box, I wonder if the extra model is random or the same for everyone I got an extra Gurg the Foul (Bolter Marine) what did everyone else get?

I got a box as well but I pre-ordered it. Haven't opened more than two of the boxes.

Got Gurg as well. It makes sense that they'd choose one double consistently, makes production and assembly easier. Too bad they didn't opt to make it one of the more unique characters. Given the low volumes of production it's not like it would cannibalize HQ sales.

So glad I took a punt on the store selling singles, I ordered 8 and they sent me a sealed box so I got my Plaguecaster!

Yeah me and my mate got a box each and both had the bolter guy as the extra.

Out of curiousity, has anyone discovered any retailers other than Dark Sphere?

DS are charging 10% over RRP for the box at £44 instead of £40, and with their standard shipping being nearly £4 as well it effectively makes then 20% more expensive than RRP. I'll spend it if I have to, but would love to find someone selling at RRP if I can!

I couldn't find any others, so ordered from Dark Sphere, it said on the website it was a preorder to be released 6th Oct, but came home yesterday to find them waiting on my doorstep!
