Hi!

I was thinking to exchange Scouts bare heads for helmeted ones. My first idea was using Necromunda's Enforcers helmets. Perfect size and quite good looking for a Horus Heresy/W40K unit

But, are other models, specially 3rd party, to use on them?

Just to see if there are better options.

Thanks in advance!

Depends on the Legion you're looking to go for and which scout bodies you'll be using. Generally speaking, yeah, the Enforcers heads could work well.

But if you're going for one of the more...knightly legions, e.g. Dark Angels, Thousand Sons or Imperial Fists, you could look at the Skitarii Ranger/Vanguard heads. But if you're using the sniper bodies, with the cloaks, then I would suggest the hooded Skitarii heads, if only for the multiple lenses looking like an array of sensors and different vision types.

Warhammer 40k Bitz: Adeptus Mechanicus - Skitarii Rangers / Vanguards

Third party wise - you might end up with variations on a theme. Although truthfully, I've always believed sallet helms would look good on scout. Which is why I'm partial to the Skitarii Vanguard heads.

I use normal Scouts bodies (No BTs) for my SoH

I was wondering if I can find something similar to this but "Scout size"

That looks fairly similar to a mark IV helmet variant, that's got a sort of snout; but with the top vent removed ala mark VI.

There's one in the Blood Angels Death Company, but obviously would need some work; I'm sure I've seen some in other kits, but can't recall right now.

There's a free STL collection of mark iv helmets that can be printed on a 3d resin or other detailed printer which includes one, MK4_14 which is close; it'd be easy enough to remove the vent if that'd be helpful.

I love the Elysian lids for them (And a Skitarii hood here too) This squad was originally intended as Heresy Raven guard, ignore their final Scythes of the Emperor scheme :P

Though now that i think about it they may be OOP so hard to source :(

I'm inexperienced in 3D printing. Is complicated to reduce the scale? Just a little bit, from Astartes size to enforcers.

Scale is quite easy when 3D printing, almost every software has a scale slider, using in measurements and percentages, at most you'd be looking at a 1% or 2% decrease from Astartes to Enforcers.

@AGRAMAR if you have any new MkVI plastic helmet you could check for size fit on the scouts bodies. I am saying this because the new MkVI helmets and their legion specific alternatives from FW are sensibly smaller than normal space marine helmets, and might look good enough on scout bodies. If that is the case the Sons of Horus MkVI helmets from FW might be a good option to ressemble the picture you posted.
