They're also the only Finecrap model left in the Guard range. Everything else is plastic with a few metal characters left.

Ratlings are still metal but yes, would be nice to see plastic replacements

I guess the grenades would help with rapid food distribution, even if the portions would be fairly unevenly shared.

This and the other sandbag base seem quite big on the base side, while its definitely very ratlingesque...

Maybe its a thanksgiving special ratling diorama miniature ? XD ( would be quite annoying when regular ratlings are metal still.)

 

or perhaps they will change ratling snipers a bit, I could see them being 2 per (bigger) base to make them not just another special sniper elite unit.

 Completely wild guess; perhaps we're getting a Ratling character as well the squad and he comes on a larger base to stand out. A spotter and a shooter on a single base would be neat though.

God I hope not, I don’t subscribe so would miss out . Let’s hope it’s a standard release.
