How would you feel about playing a Lord of Slaanesh on daemonic mount as a Dæmon Prince on foot (mark of Slaanesh)? For Warhammer 40k, casual games at the store (but I would like to bring it at a tournament). Is that too much of a stretch?  This size is right, the base will be the same as the Dæmon. We could say the 10'' movement is represented. I would have to add somehow the infernal cannon.

There’s no reason a Daemon Prince has to grow huge as (s)he ascends to daemonhood, so I would see no problem, fluffwise (although aesthetically, I would say it needs a little bit of work to be properly 40Ked up, but not much, really).

Sizewise, I think some people might have a problem, as the model is quite a bit smaller than a Daemon Prince (I have both models) and it might look tiny on the DP base, but assuming you’re reasonable about LoS, other reasonable people won’t have a problem. Tournaments are anyone’s guess and would probably depend on the individual tournament organiser.

I think as long as the base size and overall height of the models are comparable you shouldn't have issues.

For Tournaments, WYSIWYG is pretty much a mandated standard, so I'd expect any TO to expect some representation of a "cannon" on the model.

I would recommend messaging any TOs you're planning on participating in with the model, include photos and measurements, and get pre-tournament approval/clarification.
