The title is the name of my first Genestealer Cult in 10th edition. I hope that no one is seriously offended by the name I chose. The original name of Jim Jones' cult after he moved it to Guyana was "The People's Temple Agricultural Project".

I wanted to post my first 10th Edition army roster for suggestions/review.

Please let me know your thoughts, if you should choose to share them. Thank you!

Updated list

You're really leaning into Cult Ambush there. Are you planning on starting any units in reserve to take advantage of the detachment rules?

It's very gun-heavy. Combat-wise, the aberrants are good into MEQ+, but the acolytes might struggle a bit without mining tools. If you get charged by heavy infantry, you may be in trouble.

I suspect you can only use the Iconward's ability once per game, even with three. But if they're mostly there for the 5+++, then fair enough.

Personal preference, but I'd be tempted to switch out one unit of acolytes for metamorphs; slightly more combat punch, still got flamers, inate fight-on-death makes for a useful screening unit.

I'd be interested to know how you get on. I'm planning something similar for a 1000pt game (next week, hopefully).
