If a unit has keyword Tzeentch and you are in range of Dark Ascension from a Helbrute do you have critical hits on 5+ for both Dark Pacts (Lethal Hits and Sustained Hits 1)?

Yes. The Mark of Chaos rules expand the range of numbers that count as Critical Hits. Both Dark Pact benefits trigger on crits. So you get both effects on a 5+.
