Yup, Heavy flamer definitely on the DC Dread. The Libby could go either way. I see a lot of people wanting to run him more as backfield unit to YEET stuff onto Objectives in the mid game. Storm bolter might work better in that context but it is pretty marginal.

My Libby-naught' has a melta-gun, and I'm not taking it apart.

I don't have a DC dread, but all my ironclad's arms have heavy flamers (except the hurricane bolters, of course!). The last thing I need is my anti-vehicle dreadnaught locked in combat with a horde!

I think I'd load a DC dread the same if I had one.

As far as CCW's go, I'd stick with the Furioso Fists. Other than the ironclad's seismic hammer (which only gets 3 attacks), it's the only DCCW that gets -3 AP, and that's kind of a big deal!

I just love these two units, and with flamers being free they feel like a no-brainer over the storm bolter.

I was thinking melter and flamer on the DC and flamer on the librarian.

I built mine exactly as you prefer. For rule of cool I like the stormbolter, but it just wasn't cool enough for me versus the other options.
