Grimaldus' servitors, invulnerable save and wound allocation

I'm not sure if I understand this correctly, but can you:

 

a) Use the 4++ for each of the servitors?

b) RAW choose from any effect in your command phase as long as at least one servitor is alive?

c) When Grimaldus is leading e.g. crusaders, allocate a wound to a servitor and after this servitor died allocate the next wound to any crusader model in the unit?
