Captain in Gravis armor with master-crafted heavy bolt rifle and power sword

Has anyone been running him? How has he performed?

 

Seems a solid option? I plan on running him with some boltstorm aggressors.

I haven’t run him this edition, but if it were me I’d stick him with HIs

 

hed provide some melee protection from them while being able to match range for shooting.

I agree, I would look to run the Gravis Captain with Boltstorm gauntlet if I were running him with Aggressors.

I love the one with the boltstorm gauntlet (he did well in my last game, run with HInts), but considering how much I love chonky infantry I really think I need to get this guy sometime too.

He's pretty tough, and does....ok in combat. I like the model so I take him sometimes.

Between their twin linked “powerfist”, boltstorm and grenade weapons combined with T6 I feel he blends right on with with about any Enhancement the army lost can afford

I think if you want to run aggressors then the boltstorm guy is better, the MC HBR guy would be nice if you wanted a ten-man anvil unit of heavy intercessors.
