could try rereading all of The Horus Heresy novel series, that might eat up some of the time.

They should hold back a number of each LE release and then auction them with profits above the retail price going to charity. 

That way people prepared to pay silly money get their book, scalpers get nothing and a good cause benefits.

Just a thought, probably flaws in the idea...

This is pretty much exactly what I expected would happen when they gave the scalpers a two day warning they'd have another crack at buying up the entire stock. They should have just stealth released them back onto the webstore. More chance for individuals to pick them up that way without going up against a legion of coordinated bots.

I wonder what is happening at the instore terminals, if you can bypass the queue that way; are they allowed in?

My brother is at a GW store trying to get it. They pass the queue system but the book hasn't been put online yet. So hopefully they can weed out the bots that are currently trying to get it.

Seen from someone in store say that the book can't be seen. Also seen another who said that they were at the front of the queue and there was nothing to put in the basket. 

 

Looks like they may have forgotten to update the website to make the book visible/purchasable
