Guard X-mas box rumors

Valrak has rumor of us getting a box set for Christmas that comes with two rogal dorns.

I can only hope for that to be true.  Two tanks is almost $200 by itself, so anything else is going to be mostly gravy; I'd be happy with Ursula or Lord Solar, but I doubt it, and Valrak saying another command squad doesn't excite me as much, but a man can hope.

even if they did just a single command squad, a single squad of cadians, and then 2 Rogal Dorns (Which feels anemic on a per model basis for what's an Imperial Guard boxset), would be worth the price point if they're keeping it similar to previous years (in USD at least).

If it had two Dorns I'd grab that in a hot minute, the rest would be gravy but hoping for at least a 20 man squad.

I only really want 1 dorn so I’d probably sell the second one, and use the money to buy another taurox…assuming they ever come back into stock

Not that I don’t believe you, but it feels like a highly and very weirdly skewed box set.

I don't disagree.  Then again, I want 2 more Rogal Dorn tanks so I am fine with it.  Their price point makes them awkward to buy multiple of right now, so getting a freebie or at least a reduced price one makes me happy.

I wish the other stuff in the box was more exciting.  Give me Leontus and 2 units of Cadians, that'd be cool.

Shoot here I was thinking a full squadron of sentinels backed up by some infantry would have been dope.

I'd also not hate that, or something like 3 LRBT and a smattering of infantry.
