Does it reduce damage 1 melee attacks to 0 damage?

Thanks.

Edit: And if used on Deathwing Knights does that mean they can shrug off damage 2 melee attacks the round that strat is used on them?

No, if you look at the rule's commentary it tells you that any damage-reducing abilities can never reduce damage below 1.

I think it had an "unless explicitly stated otherwise" things.

After doing some searching for it last night, you're right, and sadly our stratagem does not have that stipulation lol

Which means it has to say in unbreakable lines that it can be reduced to 0... although there are people out there with flexible morals who will insist that if it doesn't say it can't go below 1, it can go to 0, which would eliminate any need for the rules commentary, but logic irrelevant to such cheese miners.

Gamer ego can be a very large and fragile thing. It can cause moral compromises among the weak!
