3k SoH between TLM or PotL

I have a terrible lack of inspiration, I know. But I'm trying to fix it. For now, this another list. Quite simple. But I have a problem: The rite.

This list was make over the base of The Long March Rite but also can be used with The Pride of the Legion. The first one is my "comfort" one but the second is tempting.

I am not sold on Apothecaries for 10-man squads. 
 

For those points you could get another whole squad. Or bulk up one or more squads. 
 

Not sure without crunching #s but could probably bump one of the tacs or the despoilers up to 20 or close to it and have enough for one Apothecary to stick with them with the points saved dropping the other medics.

Well, apothecaries are a personal taste. But I was thinking in another list, adding a Biomancer Librarian and splitting in two units the Sky-Hunters, without apothecaries:
