Painting Phase updates

I thought I'd start a thread collecting the Painting Phase's videos, since they are forming a brilliant "unofficial" history of GW as well as talking brilliantly about the hobby.

The latest Painting Phase is with John Ashton, first commissioning editor of Warhammer Community and blogger at Heresy & Heroes

I'll try to post all the videos in order :)

So the Painting Phase started with Patrick, a former videographer at GW, and Geoff, a former soldier and a hairdresser.

The channel really explored, however, when Peachy joined after leaving GW

In the next post, we start with our first interview, which I think really changed the direction of the channel, and became its core USP beyond these brilliant chats :)

So yes, the first PP interview was with Bob Naismith, and by golly, it was brilliant:

There have been a bunch of interviews with this classic generation:

Bob returned:

Then Gary Morley:

And more recently, Trish Carden:

Fantastic to hear from three of this generation of sculptors! They do keep mentioning the Perrys - here's hoping!

The PP have also interviewed a bunch of more recent GW employees, including games designers, product managers, painters, and community managers:

James Hewitt:

Tom Hibbard:

Louise Sugden:

John Ashton:

Will Duncan ever take part?

Another strand are interviews with people in industry beyond GW figures. I guess two fit into this

Annie from Bad Squiddo:

Paul Hicks

Will and Alex, games designers:

And then finally the non-GW influencers, another key strand of the PP (often painters, but also not). Again a really fascinating aspect of the hobby:
