Jeffrey Skarski
Hey everyone! I've been a 40k fan for years now, but never joined a fan forum before. For the last three months or so I've been trying to bring a casual reference from Ciaphas Cain's adventures on Gravalax to life, and I think I've succeeded. Anyway, yes that is my real name, and I am the only one in the world, so I'm not hard to learn about, but I'm happy to answer any (reasonable) questions, and I hope to have a lot of fun, here! Really excited to get feedback on my song. It's not a heavily *produced* rendition, to say the least, but I'm told my voice is at least fair to middling. Thanks! https://youtu.be/WpRNNhuPFSU?si=DTDLJ19_aEcpaRun WrathOfTheLion and Agramar_The_Luna_Wolf 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/380709-hello/ Share on other sites
WrathOfTheLion
Welcome to the Bolter and Chainsword! The song has a fun tune. It reminds me of some folk songs we'll sing after working outside and grabbing a couple drinks and having fun. Jeffrey Skarski
Thank you! It's based on "Over the Hills and Far Away", which was a British soldier's tune. The very basic premise of the 40k version of the song came from Sandy Mitchell. Ciaphas Cain uses a line in conversation and I wrote the song around that Agramar_The_Luna_Wolf and WrathOfTheLion 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/380709-hello/#findComment-5992167 Share on other sites
