Rhino’s can carry Tacitus leaders.  Currently an Impulsor can carry Scouts so long as there in a Phobos Captain attached, because the Captain has the ‘Phobos’ keyword and keywords are transferred between bodyguards and attached units.  So if I attach a Primaris Techmarine who has the Tacitus keyword to a Devastator squad, the unit then has ‘Tacitus’ and can thus go into the Impulsor.

And to point it out: the least stealthy looking thing is actually benefiting the most from a detachment that is about stealthy boys.

As a fellow Centurion lover, I’ve been tempted to put a tiny Solid Snake cardboard box on their heads since that leak and realization it could be used for them.
