Looks a bit like an RPG; my first guess was Catachans but I'm not sure it looks imperial enough?

Edit - On second thoughts, check out the old Steel Legion rocket launcher:

Some sort of small rocket-propelled grenade launcher. Makes me think of the PIAT. It can't be too large, given the grip being just on the edge of the frame behind the warhead.

Comedy value if that Elysian Kill Team rumour turns out to be true.

Bipods and size got me thinking about ratlings. Kill team specialists team?

Honestly, that would be incredible. Get some shorties to go with the new stilt sniper, see what altitude shoots best.

I think the "missile" doesnt just look like a bottle, but is a bottle and its a celebratory miniature with this RE ( though bottles, turkey and pie is more thanksgiving than christmas I think ?)

At first I was thinking maybe a silly necromunda molotov cocktail missile launcher. And while the bottle did go flavory with the pie (and other bottles.) didnt even realise the bipods are on the current ratlings.

I like the idea of an rpg being added to Ratlings but it really could be a lot of things, GSC and Necromunda are definitely possibilities. I think if the missile was meant to be a bottle of wine for a Christmas or Thanksgiving celebration it would be painted with a label and or made to look like has liquid inside, I'd expect more detail of some kind like a cork or cap.

I do agree on that and am not highly convinced of my bottle theory.. however the tone suggest a brighter type of color but not a white or light grey (spacewolf grey could also react like that... however Ive noticed some of GWs reds too, like on the guardians) but looking at the bottles in the other rumor engine they would have added a strong white highlight for the glass effect.. wich this doesnt have either.

btw the rounded styling of the weapon and distance from the gloved hand is very similar to Rein's grapling hook gun.

I could see a ratling killteam and this being someside of smoke grenade thing, though the pie and turkey ammo rumor engine isnt for killteam I think.

A Christmas mini is what I'm thinking too once I zoomed in:

The rocket looks like a bottle of some kind and there does seem to be some sort of design circled, it looks like the light reflecting off it hides the left half of the design.

Another Buggman?

I thought RPG for Steel Legion too at first but, after thinking about the whole picture more, that feels incorrect. That sure looks like a rocket, but if it is an RPG the Bipod is a very suspect accessory to include and the scope is on top of the tube. The handle also screams pistol to me for some reason. It wouldn't be the first time that GW made a rocket launcher that looks implausible, but I have a hard time imagining how the person holding it is supposed to sight it and shoot it

My money is on some funky Admech or Votann needle weapon.

I see some strong similiarities with the German Panzerfaust 3:

If so, it could be much longer on the other end.

Cool.

Ninja'd by something that completely changed my opinion! That's dead-on.
