Hi all,

WarCom have published a very short FAQ/errata for LI on the website.

https://www.warhammer-community.com/legions-imperialis-downloads/

Main change is errata to Engine Killer (X).

Arguably, the main change is to warp, so the warp missile doesn't one shot every class of titan with absurd reliability and schwack banners of knights with ease.

The engine killer thing is good and makes the Kratos and malcadors more consistent with the rules, but less crushing in terms of interactions.

So they had to delay LI for over 3 months and it still needs a day 2 errata.  Also GW was able to publish an errata before they were able to deliver products with a 2 week pre-order.

Would you prefer the AT treatment where we haven't had an Errata since May 2022?

I mean both are bad options.  I guess it just adds to the feeling that GW isn't on top because they have the best people, either writing rules, designing minis or handling their supply chains, they are on top simply because they already were on top and at least for a while longer can coast on past achievements.

Given that there are 20 pages of special rules and two factions worth of datasheets I really don't think this is too many changes. There were one or two pretty minor issues and they've fixed them, which is good.

Agreed. As it was written, taking anything larger than a Reaver was potentially a huge gamble that could blow up (or implode) in your face rather quickly all things considered. I’m glad they addressed this before it became an issue.
