It’s very watery and runny, I double checked the website to make sure I didn’t accidentally get a speed paint or an airbrush paint, and I didn’t, so is this how all of their normal paints are? Do I need to shake it more? Did i just get a bad bottle?

It's just a guess as I've never used their paints, but I do remember seeing at least one video that said that the Army Painter paints had a habit of separating and needed quite a lot of mixing - have you tried adding agitators or (perhaps better) taking the nozzle off and giving it a stir?
