Firstly, if this is the wrong place to post I apologize. Secondly, are there any guides/info/tips on how to make a LR Prometheus? The upgrade kit no longer exists to buy (unless you have £300 to buy one from the USA). I'd love to add one as those Quad Heavy Bolters scream IF and I don't really want a second Excelsior. Any info/wisdom/help on how I could make one of these things would be massively appreciated!

Just had a google-look to refresh my memory, and to me, the easiest plastic parts to start with are the LR Crusader Hurricane bolters, and two sets of the Landraider/Razorback Twin Heavy Bolters. I'd trim the ammo feeds off the HB's, and Hurricane bolters off the swivel mount bit. Attach the HBs to the swivel mount, there will be a bit of gap fill, but the gun shield will cover the worst of it.

If you wanna put in the work, with just landraider bits (with 3 extra Twinlinked Heavy Bolters), and some styrene sheet, you can probably get something really accurate.

Looks like they actually used the original plastic lascannons for the bulk of the heavy bolter sponsons. You can still see the ejector pin mark from the plastic Lascannon on the Heavy Bolters.

I'd rebuild the front of the hull from a couple of simple styrene sheets, then add the details cut from the landraider front on top of that.

I have one of these somewhere along with a terminus. I dont think they have seen the light of day in well over a decade though I do still love the theme of them.

An alternative part to use for a different style might be contemptor twin heavy bolters. The drum feed might be a nice alternative to belts and easier to work with/hide 'sins' and there are left/right heavy bolters to start with.
