terminator ultra
I understand that this is probably the wrong section for this question, was looking to buy the know no fear space marine half Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382117-is-there-a-buysell-section/ Share on other sites
Tyriks
There is not. Per the rules of the B&C: Quote No trading or selling posts Trading and selling aren't bad in and of themselves, but we don't want the drama that comes when trades or sales go bad. The exception to the above is that members may identify sales/trade offerings via their signatures, allowing follow-on contact via PM or e-mail. The B&C accepts no responsibility or liability for such transactions, however. Xenith
As per the above, we dont have a sales section of the site, and do not allow sales or trading posts. For your information, the Know no Fear box set just uses some of the Dark Imperium primaris marines, about half of them, so they are available from different sources. Similarly, each of the units in the KNF set have been released as multipart plastic kits in the meantime, and this option might actually be a lot cheaper than trying to source OOP models from a box set discontinued 4 years ago Firedrake Cordova and Venerable Jazzman 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382117-is-there-a-buysell-section/#findComment-6016318 Share on other sites

Xenith
FB groups tend to be the best - even the above trolltrader (almost as expensive as new stuff, I've found) and similar stores have FB profiles that they sell on. =][= I'm leaving this open to support a new member in finding a way into an expensive hobby, but please remember the B&C rules regarding trading, publically sharing links to sales etc (don't). =][= Edited January 18 by Xenith Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382117-is-there-a-buysell-section/#findComment-6016522 Share on other sites

Daimyo-Phaeron Lenoch
I get a lot of my secondhand models via my local communities—community Discord servers often have dedicated trading/selling channels, for instance, for people looking to offload things, or pick up that one unit they can’t get elsewhere. Might be worth a look if you’re so inclined to such online communities. terminator ultra 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382117-is-there-a-buysell-section/#findComment-6016666 Share on other sites

Things regularly go for much cheaper there than eBay, especially metal stuff that gets scalped and listed for megabucks with OOP RARE!!!! listings. Side note: If you do use eBay, beware Goldfishblue. He's a scalper who is singlehandedly responsible for the rise in price of a lot of minis. terminator ultra 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382117-is-there-a-buysell-section/#findComment-6016733 Share on other sites
Firedrake Cordova
Some of the regular retailers are starting to do pre-owned models, although they may be assembled or painted - I don't know if that's worth a look? 15 hours ago, terminator ultra said: I've got no idea when they post actions on eBay. I think you can set up saved searches on eBay which will alert you when new items matching a set of criteria are listed? (never done this, but am told you can) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382117-is-there-a-buysell-section/#findComment-6016892 Share on other sites
Lord_Ikka
If you are US-based, Noble Knight Games has pre-owned minis. Prices are in line with eBay, but they usually have some interesting/unusual stuff hanging around. terminator ultra 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/382117-is-there-a-buysell-section/#findComment-6016897 Share on other sites

I battered them down a bit for two, and can probably sell one for more than both if I so wished. But it's nice to get one over them.
