NiceGuyAdi
Working a bit on my homebrew Marines. They have a bone/ivory colour scheme, and I’m finding that purity seals done in the traditional white or brown parchment style just gets lost against the armour. I’m thinking about more of a carbon paper style look, so a really dark grey or black, but struggling to find examples for inspiration. Anyone out there come across some? here’s a pic of some in progress marines that show the issue I’m having. Grotsmasha
Perhaps going with a fleshtone like Seraphim Sepia over Cadian Fleshshade will get you the contrast your after? Valkyrion
Maybe don't treat them as purity seals, but rather as a fashion accessory, for want of a better term! For instance, they could be red indicating the marine is part of the 3rd company, or they could be strips of flesh, or it could be silk/satin/velvet. Halandaar
How about the red style you see on some Black Templars? Trokair
As you have that redish/purpleish colour as your spot colour how about that for them as well.
