Dr. Clock Posted January 24 Share Posted January 24 Hey all, Just finished this boi, whomst I dub Lord Yoshi. The rig really fills out the 80mm pretty well IMO... I may well try and find a 'hand' for the sword to be able to swing at the wrist - I know the pose on the sword certainly leaves something to be desired, but it's table ready for now at any rate. (Also looks alot more it's got 8W and 6+2A than horse man to my eye, although I've never seen Lord Solar in person...) Recipe: Grey Seer X2 > Incubi (metals only) > Leadbelcher > Flesh Tearers > Evil Suns > Iyanden > Yriel > Vallejo Orange > Cassandora > P3 Armor wash. Interested to see other solutions for people not in love with the official mini! Cheers, The Good Doctor. Focslain Posted January 24 Share Posted January 24 No real problem with the current model, but doing something that fits the theme and history of my force (something I need to get written down one day). Don't have the model done cause I haven't found a suitable body yet. But plan is to mount my lord solar on a heavy cyberized Thunderwolf escorted by some kitted out drones (Sol's Gaze and the Inv).
