Do charge bonus give benefits while tank shocking?

Some special rules (like Blood Angels detatchment rule) grant bonus to strength while charging. Is this strength or basic strength of melee weapon used to calculate number of die for tank shock?

Here's the relevant language from the Tank Shock stratagem:

"then select one melee weapon your unit is equipped with. Roll a number of D6 equal to that weapon’s Strength characteristic."

So, I guess it would depend on the exact language of the charge bonus - can you provide the language of the specific rule you are thinking of?  Note, even if it does modify the strength, it needs to do so during the charge phase - for example, a rule that modifies the strength characteristic in the upcoming fight phase would not affect tank shock, as tank shock happens in the charge phase before the increase kicks in (where if it were "until the end of the next fight phase" it likely would apply, depending on how the strength increase is worded).

From Blood Angels Detatchment rule:

Each time na Adeptus Astartes unit from your army is selected to fight, if that unit made a Charge move this turn, until the end of the phase, add 2 to the Strength characteristic and add 1 to the Attacks characteristic of melee weapons equipped by models in that unit.

Based on the wording, it looks to me like charge bonuses do count towards tank shock since the Strength characteristic of the weapon is increased by the bonus.

The addition would come during the fight phase. The tank shock strat;

Occurs during the charge phase. So if you had an enhancement or something that could go on a vehicle character and it increases their strength across the board, it would apply. Or if something increases strength for an entire turn.

Blood Angels Detachment does not benefit tank shock, unfortunately.
