Wet, dip in salt, paint medium gray. Dry. Wet, dip in salt, paint light gray. Dry. I was gonna just do regular green assault intercessors with the bone robes but I'm kina of thinking maybe making them Risen with the old black 1st Legion Scheme with the silver sword, red wings badge with the hexagrammaton on the right shoulder. But they are primaris, so Idk. I guess nothing says Risen can become primaris. They're still space marines so no reason they couldn't cross the rubicon Primaris.
