Will KT Nightlords be released separately?

It should do. Even the generic legionnaires upgrade from last season is still on the GW website.
I suspect that you have missed out on the special Night Lords tokens, but the minis themselves are bound to be in their own box a month or two from now, perhaps even alongside the CSM codex set to release for 40k.

I've only played a few games myself, but you do need at least conceal and engaged tokens to play - these are markers you can get pretty much anywhere or make yourself.

At the start of each round, you declare which model will be "concealed", meaning they're ducking behind cover and otherwise keeping out of sight to the enemy, or "engaged" meaning they're intent on shooting or attacking the enemy in close quarters. If you're concealed you cannot attack but you cannot be attacked except in certain circumstances, and if you're engaged you can attack but you're fair game to everyone else.

Because of that dynamic it's important to mark it out clearly so you and your opponent know who is doing what. The tokens are also double sided, allowing you to mark who has activated and who still has to go during the battle round.

Again, you don't need the special tokens found in the Nightmare box for this, the tokens are pretty generic and there are plenty of third party manufacturers who can print these tokens out for you if you want them.
