Make the most of them while we still have our WGBL in Terminator armour.

No surprise with the Callidus. It makes it more if a decision between her and Bjorn.

 

Im hoping terminators see the table. I’m not sure they came down enough.

 

its interesting they didn’t touch Wulfen. They’re making it into every tournament list that does well.

 

Been hearing SW are toward the end of the edition. So there’s probably plenty of time to play with your Battle Leaders.

For those who don't know...SW can do the aggressor bomb trick using terminators bomb b/c we have a LT for lethal hits that nobody else does

10 man with SB/PF and CML 

Captain and WGBL attached

 

48 bolter shots and 4D6 frag (or 4 krak if firing at a big target)

Hit on 2s rerolling all for oath (terminators get +1 to hit oath target)

Devastator doctrine + fire discipline enhancement is sustained hits + lethal hits on 5+

 

You fish for 5s and 6s and will usually end up with 30+ auto wounds and extra hits
Then even if you need 6s to wound you still get 10 or so

Total of 40+ wounds even on T9+ targets 

AP1 and ignore cover thanks to storm of fire

*That is just from the SBs...4D6 frag missiles or 4 krak add even more

 

The only thing that has a chance to survive it is a 2+ save and access to armor of contempt effects (think LRR)

 

Otherwise you say brrrrrrrrrrrrrrt and erase something due to volume of fire

And you do it every turn after if you survive for 1 CP by placing the unit in dev doctrine and the captain does his free storm of fire

The point cost for this combo is about the same as the agg bomb + LRR (585 for aggressor bomb v 570 for terminators/585 for WG terminators)
