Warp Talons could be a good shout for that alleged flying kill team season. But the banding really makes me want to believe it's something Thousand Sons related.

TSons are generally painted without much weathering on the studio model, but if there needs to be a justification for it then I'd say its something old from Prospero since Sand does a really good job of ruining coats of paint.

Banding looks Sons-y but I don't see them giving us that large a mechanical area without a scarab, warp mutation, or chaos star on it. The mechanics are too clean, i'd be more willing to believe Dark Mech

It would make a lot of sense considering that we now know plastic castellax are coming.  GW already has the renders for the base model, so it would be relatively simple to change it to an achea.
