First game with orks.

played war horde.

 

i had an early lead, but farsight(?) and some suits with flamers deep struck on me, and annihilated my boyz on my home objective, and got whittled away to the point I only had 2 kanz left at the end of T3

 

in the end I killed 6 stealth suits.

1 big suit that was all alone.

10 pathfinders.

 

did 3 wounds to one of the suits in farsight’s unit.

 

T3 I had 29 points, to his like 14, but with only kanz and a mek left I’m pretty sure he would have tabled me in T4 and taken the win on points.

Comparing them to flashgitz, I think I might go that route. The BS difference and extra shots seems like to much of a bonus by comparison.

 

potentially hitting on 4s, and a profile that’s like a heavy bolter but better, seems better than really inaccurate guns that are fewer shots and basically worse autocannons.

Also I ran more dakka, and apparently had horrible rolls because I only got like 5 or 6 6s while shooting the whole game.
