Orks seems unlikely to get anything new in the foreseeable future since the new codex just came out not that long ago.

Looks like a cyber mastiff leg to me. Necromunda is the usual place for those, but Orlock have models for them already. Could be a hardcase cyber mastiff for Enforcers.
