There are unfortunately a couple of errors but they're pretty obvious.

The Black Vomitus is called the Gleeful Judgement on its Stat entry and the Rage Unending Stat line is has the wrong Damage entry. It's a Boltgun so I presume it's a Damage 2 weapon with a reload of 6+ and not a Damage of 6+ with a reload of -

They make me think of alien artifacts like the Halo Devices of the Ghoul Stars. Horrifying, but not necessarily warp-related.

Nice little scenario, to be honest, and the lore stuff (my favourite) is great!  It's always good to see them expand on the different areas of Necromunda outside the Palatine Cluster!
